The fee for your initial consultation is $650.00. After your consultation, our Administrator will review the fees for your specific treatment plan. We do not participate with any insurance company; however, we will offer assistance in filing your insurance forms for your personal reimbursement. We accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks.
